1. Overview
Water Sort is an Android puzzle game. The game is designed to work primarily with locally stored game data and does not require you to create an account.
By using Water Sort, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Handle
Water Sort does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, or account password in order to play the game.
Depending on the features you use, the app and its integrated third-party services may process limited technical, advertising, purchase, or diagnostic information.
Game information
The game stores information needed to provide gameplay features, including:
- Current and completed level progress
- Coin balance
- Sound and haptic preferences
- Purchased or unlocked cosmetic styles
- Selected bottle and background styles
- Daily reward and streak information
- Local entitlement information such as PRO or ad-removal status
- Locally processed purchase tokens used to help prevent duplicate rewards
These values are used to operate the game and are stored locally on your device.
3. Local Storage
Water Sort uses local device storage to remember your game progress and settings. The current implementation uses Android-compatible local application storage.
Examples include your level, coins, preferences, cosmetics, daily reward state, and purchase-processing information.
Water Sort does not currently provide an account-based cloud-save feature. If you uninstall the app, clear its application data, or otherwise remove locally stored data, your locally stored game progress may be lost.
4. Advertising
Water Sort may display advertisements through Google AdMob. The app can use banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements, depending on the feature and your entitlement status.
Advertising providers may collect or receive information such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location information, app interaction information, and other information permitted by their services and applicable law. The exact information processed can depend on your device, consent choices, region, and the advertising configuration in use.
Where required, Water Sort uses Google's consent mechanisms to allow users to make applicable choices regarding personalized advertising and related data processing.

5. In-App Purchases
Water Sort may offer optional in-app purchases through Google Play, including digital items, coin packs, ad removal, or PRO features.
Payments are processed by Google Play. Water Sort does not directly receive or store your credit-card, debit-card, bank-account, or other payment-card information.
Google Play may process purchase information, transaction details, purchase tokens, and other information necessary to complete, restore, secure, and manage purchases.

6. Analytics & Diagnostics
The current Water Sort architecture contains an analytics and telemetry interface for game events and diagnostics. At the time this policy was prepared, a Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics backend was not connected.
The game can record local/debug events such as level starts, level completions, failed levels, rewards, purchases, and ad events for application operation and testing. These events are not currently sent to a Water Sort-owned analytics server.
If a future version adds analytics, crash reporting, or another remote telemetry provider, this Privacy Policy will be updated to describe that processing before or when the relevant feature is introduced, as applicable.
7. Third-Party Services
Water Sort may rely on third-party services to provide advertising, payments, app distribution, consent management, and related functionality.

Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Their processing is not controlled by Water Sort except through the configuration and permissions available to the app.
8. Children
Water Sort is not specifically designed or directed toward children. The game is intended for a general audience and is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to us directly, please contact us so that we can review the situation and take appropriate action.
9. Security
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the app's design to protect information handled by Water Sort. Game information stored locally is protected by the security mechanisms provided by the Android operating system and the application environment.
No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Third-party services are responsible for the security of information they process under their respective policies.
10. Retention
Locally stored game information generally remains on your device until it is deleted by you, removed by uninstalling or clearing the app's data, or replaced as part of normal game operation.
Information processed by Google or other third-party providers is retained according to their respective policies and applicable legal requirements.
11. Your Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights relating to personal information processed by third parties.
You can also control certain information and advertising choices through your Android device, Google account, advertising settings, consent dialogs, and the controls provided within Water Sort.
You may delete locally stored Water Sort data by using the relevant Android application-data controls or by uninstalling the app.
Deleting local data may remove your level progress, coins, cosmetic unlocks, settings, and other locally stored information.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the app, its services, or applicable legal requirements change.
When changes are made, the updated version will be published at this URL and the effective date at the top of this page will be updated.
