Pro Resume Maker is a free Android application that lets you create professional resumes, choose from multiple templates, and export them as PDF files. The app works entirely on your device — no account, no login, no cloud storage required.

We keep the app free by showing ads through Google AdMob. Watching a short ad unlocks PDF download and sharing features. That's the whole business model — transparent and straightforward.

You may use Pro Resume Maker to:

• Create resumes for yourself or on behalf of someone who has given you permission
• Export and share PDF resumes for job applications, professional networking, or personal use
• Use the app on any personal Android device you own or control

You may not use the app to:

• Create resumes containing false, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading information
• Impersonate another person or create resumes on behalf of someone without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your country
• Attempt to bypass the ad-watching requirement through technical means

Everything you type into the app — your work history, skills, education, personal details — is your content. You own it completely. We don't claim any rights over it.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of information in your resumes. We provide the tool; you provide the content. Please don't use the app to create fraudulent resumes — not just because it's against these terms, but because it's genuinely harmful.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, if you lose your device or uninstall the app, your resume data may not be recoverable. We recommend exporting your resumes to PDF and keeping copies in a safe place.

Pro Resume Maker is completely free to use. We earn revenue by displaying ads from Google AdMob. Here's exactly how it works:

• Banner ads appear at the bottom of some screens while you use the app
• Rewarded ads are optional short videos — you watch one to unlock PDF download or sharing for that session
• Interstitial ads may occasionally appear between screens

We don't control which specific ads Google shows you — that's determined by Google's ad platform based on your device settings and location. If you want to reduce ad personalization, you can opt out through your device's Google settings.

We never show ads that are misleading, adult-only, or inappropriate. If you encounter an ad that seems wrong, please report it to us.

The Pro Resume Maker app — including its design, code, templates, and branding — is owned by Shubham Gautam. All rights reserved.

The resume content you create belongs to you. The app's underlying software, UI design, and template designs belong to us.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, or create derivative versions of the app or its templates without our written permission.

Pro Resume Maker is provided "as is." We genuinely try to make a great, reliable app — but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or work perfectly on every device configuration.

Specifically, we don't guarantee:

• That using the app will result in you getting a job (we wish we could!)
• That ATS systems used by specific employers will perfectly parse our templates
• That the app will be available uninterrupted at all times
• That your data won't be lost if your device is damaged, lost, or reset

We do our best to make templates ATS-friendly based on current best practices, but hiring outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro Resume Maker and its developer (Shubham Gautam) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Since the app is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero rupees — which reflects the fact that you haven't paid us anything. This is a standard clause for free apps and is not meant to be dismissive of your concerns.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for things we can't legally disclaim, like fraud or personal injury caused by our negligence.

You can stop using the app and uninstall it at any time — no notice required. All your data will be deleted from your device upon uninstallation.

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or remove it from the Play Store at any time, though we'd obviously prefer not to. If we do shut down, we'll try to give reasonable notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain fully in effect.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we'll try to notify you through the app.

Continuing to use the app after updated terms are posted means you accept the changes. If you don't agree with updated terms, your option is to stop using the app.
